Pick-Up & Drop-Off Instructions

Key Access:

The vehicle key is stored inside an RFID bag located in a lockbox. We will send you the exact location and unlock code 2 hours before your check-in time.

Dropping Off:

Please return the key to the RFID bag, place it back into the lockbox, and mix up the lockbox code to secure it after closing.

How It Works

1. Book Your Vehicle

Select your dates and choose the vehicle that's right for your trip. - Browse our available vehicles, select your travel dates, and submit your booking request. Once approved, you'll receive a confirmation with everything you need for your trip.

2. Verify Your License

Complete a quick identity verification before your trip. - For everyone's safety, all renters must verify their identity before pickup. Simply upload a valid driver's license and complete the verification process. Once approved, we'll prepare your pickup instructions.

3. Contactless Pickup

Receive your pickup instructions and lockbox code before your trip. - Before your trip begins, we'll send you the pickup location, lockbox code, and detailed instructions. Since pickup is completely contactless, you can arrive whenever it's convenient even if your flight is delayed.

4. Enjoy & Return

Explore Hawaii, then return the vehicle with ease. - When your trip is over, return the vehicle to the designated location, upload your return photos, place the key back in the lockbox, and let us know you've completed your return.

Beach Mechanical Tip

Key Fob & Beach Tip: Please do not get the key fob wet you are responsible for any water damage.

• Heading to the beach? You can separate the key blade from the remote, leave the remote in the car, and use the blade to manually lock the door.
• The car recognizes manual locking and can only be unlocked with the blade.
• Make sure the key blade is dry before reinserting it into the ignition.
