Where do I pick up the vehicle?

You can choose from two options:

  • Free local pick-up near Pearlridge Mall (about 10 minutes from HNL Airport)
  • Airport delivery at Honolulu International Airport – we’ll park in Terminal 2 Parking and send you the exact Floor and Row 2 hours before check-in.


The keys are inside an RFID bag in the lockbox. We’ll message you the exact location and the lockbox code 2 hours before your trip starts.

Yes — please return the vehicle in similar condition to how you received it.
 Light sand or dust is fine, but heavy dirt, trash, or messes may result in a $50 cleaning fee.

Yes — please return the car with the same fuel level it had at pick-up.
 A $15 refueling fee applies on top of the fuel cost if returned with less fuel.

Smoking is strictly prohibited by Turo.
 We also ask that you avoid eating inside the vehicle to keep it clean for the next guest.

Only approved drivers listed on your Turo reservation are allowed to drive.
 Please add all additional drivers in the Turo app before your trip starts.

You are responsible for any tickets or citations received during your trip.

You can separate the key blade from the remote and lock the car manually.
Do not get the key fob wet — water damage may cause issues and replacement fees.

Delays are totally fine! Our check-in process is completely contactless, so you can check in anytime after your booked time — no need to feel rushed.
 We just ask that you send us a quick courtesy message if your arrival time changes, so we can stay updated and better assist if needed.
