Pick-Up & Drop-Off Instructions
Key Access:
- The vehicle key is stored inside an RFID bag located in a lockbox.
- We will send you the exact location and unlock code 2 hours before your check-in time.
- Dropping off -Please return the key to the RFID bag, place it back into the lockbox, and mix up the lockbox code to secureit after closing.
Pick-Up Location Options:
If You’re Picking Up the Car:
- Vehicle will be parked near Pearlridge Mall (approx. 10 mins from Honolulu Airport).
- Exact location & lockbox code will be sent via message.
If You Chose Airport Delivery:
- Vehicle will be parked in Terminal 2 Parking Garage at HNL Airport.
- We’ll message you the Floor and Row details 2 hours before check-in.
- Parking ticket will be left in the vehicle — you are responsible for the parking fee upon exit.
Turo ID Verification (Required)
Before check-in, Turo requires the following for security purposes:
- Upload a photo of your driver’s license
- Upload a selfie holding your driver’s license You can do this directly in the Turo app under your Details tab. Vehicles Check-In Procedure
Before driving off, please do the following:
- Take 360-degree photos of the exterior (include any existing damage).
- Take a photo of the dashboard showing gas level & mileage.
- Upload all images in Turo app:
Tap “Add Photos” under the “Details” tab.
Key Fob & Beach Tip
- Please do not get the key fob wet — you are responsible for any water damage.
- Heading to the beach?
➤ You can separate the key blade from the remote, leave the remote in the car, and use the blade to manually lock the door.
➤ The car recognizes manual locking and can only be unlocked with the blade.
Make sure the key blade is dry before reinserting it into the ignition.
