To ensure a safe, enjoyable, and respectful rental experience for everyone, please review and follow the guidelines below while using our vehicles. By booking with us, you agree to comply with these policies.
CLEANING
Please return the vehicle in the same clean condition you received it in.
A little sand or light dust is okay, but excessive dirt, trash, or food residue will result in a $50 cleaning fee.
Help us keep things fresh for the next guest — especially if there’s another reservation shortly after yours!
SMOKING & EATING
Smoking is strictly prohibited in all vehicles, as per Turo policy.
Please avoid eating inside the car — crumbs and spills can lead to pests or odors.
Violation may result in Turo penalties and/or cleaning fees.
FUEL
Return the vehicle with the same fuel level it had at the start of your trip.
A $15 refueling fee will apply on top of fuel cost if the vehicle is returned with less fuel than provided.
GPS TRACKER (Bouncie Device)
Our vehicles are equipped with a Bouncie GPS tracker for safety, navigation, and insurance compliance.
It is attached to the OBD port under the dashboard.
Please do not remove or tamper with it. If it becomes unplugged accidentally, kindly reattach it before continuing your trip.
OFF-ROADING IS NOT ALLOWED
Off-roading or driving on undeveloped or unpaved roads is strictly prohibited under Turo’s Prohibited Uses Policy. Violating this rule may result in:
Penalty fees charged by Turo
Voided insurance coverage
Full financial responsibility for any vehicle damage
All driving must be on paved, legal roads.
DAMAGES
You are responsible for any damage that occurs during your trip.
Follow Turo’s standard claim procedure if any incidents occur.
To protect yourself, please take pre-trip and post-trip photos of the vehicle (inside and out) and upload them to the Turo app.
APPROVED DRIVERS ONLY
Only Turo-approved drivers listed on your reservation may drive the vehicle.
Additional drivers must be added and approved through the Turo app before the trip begins.
FEATURES DESCRIPTION
You are responsible for any traffic violations, parking tickets, or citations during your trip.
Please drive responsibly and obey all local laws.
KEY CARE
Keys must be returned in the RFID bag and secured inside the lockbox after drop-off.
Always keep the key fob dry — water damage may interfere with the vehicle’s electronics.
If you’re going to the beach, separate the key blade from the remote, leave the remote inside the car, and manually lock the vehicle using the key blade.
